Bookings
- A booking request submitted through the site or WhatsApp is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is confirmed only once our team confirms availability with you by WhatsApp or phone.
- Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include government tax and service charge unless stated otherwise. Prices, services, and availability may change.
Arrival & cancellation
- Please arrive about 10 minutes before your session. Late arrivals may have their session shortened out of respect for the next guest.
- Kindly give at least 4 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking.
Conduct & health
- Our therapists are professionals. Respectful conduct is required at all times, and we reserve the right to decline or end a session where this is not observed.
- Please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your session so we can adapt your treatment safely.
Payment
Payment is made at the spa after your session, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Website use & intellectual property
The content on this website — text, images, and branding — belongs to Venus Bali and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
